We specialize in luxury raw Vietnamese hair extensions, closures, frontals, and custom units.

Due to the natural characteristics of raw hair, each bundle is unique. Slight variations in color, wave pattern, texture, or fullness are normal and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to accurately display our products; however, colors may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings.

Orders

Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it promptly. For this reason, we cannot guarantee changes, cancellations, or modifications after checkout.

LENOIR reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

Processing & Shipping

Orders require 2–3 business days for processing before shipment.

Once processed, shipping typically requires 7–14 business days.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions and custom-made products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on:

• Hair bundles
• Closures
• Frontals
• Custom units
• Sale items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review your claim.

Product Care

Proper care is essential to maintaining the longevity of your hair.

LENOIR is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, chemical processing, excessive heat, neglect, or failure to follow recommended care instructions.

We recommend that all coloring and chemical services be performed by a licensed professional.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including photographs, logos, branding, graphics, text, and designs—is the property of LENOIR and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
